FAQ’s

  • Returns are accepted up to 14 days after receipt of goods. Please contact us via our contact us form or the following email address to arrange your return - thenaturalpathstore@hotmail.com Please read our T&C’s for full details and exceptions, these include custom makes, earrings due to hygiene reasons or any returns after the 14 day cooling off period. You will then have 14 days in which to return your item to us, in the same condition it arrived in.

    The buyer is responsible for the cost to return goods unless faulty or damaged.

  • In the unfortunate event that an item has arrived damaged/faulty or the wrong item has been sent, please contact us via the contact us form or directly via email - thenaturalpathstore@hotmail.com Please include a photograph of the damaged/faulty/incorrect item for our reference. Once your request has been logged we will contact you to arrange a replacement. This will be during usual business hours Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. Please do not attempt to send the item back to us until instructed by us. We will arrange a replacement or refund, with delivery costs being covered by us.

  • Please allow up to 15 days for your order to be delivered due to delivery services, unforseen delays, or items becoming held up or lost in the post. Please contact us via the contact us form or directly via email - thenaturalpathstore@hotmail.com for any concerns, issues or enquiries. Please make sure to include your order number or full name for our reference. We will investigate any issues and remedy such.

  • All items are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For or Evri. All tracking including any additional tracking, will be supplied to you at dispatch. Please allow up to 3 days for Royal Mail & Evri’s Delivery Services however, please understand delays can and do occur. We can not be held responsible for such. Please allow longer during busy periods I.E Around the holidays.

  • Unfortunately we only ship within the UK, Wales, Scotland, Highlands & Northern Ireland at present.
