Return & Exchange Policy

If for any reason the Buyer is dissatisfied with a product from our generic stock range (i.e. excluding bespoke/personalised products and handmade items) purchased from The Natural Path, under the distance selling regulations the Buyer may cancel their order for a full refund up to 14 days after receipt of the Goods. The Buyer will then have 14 Days in which to return the products, in the same condition they arrived in.

The Buyer must inform The Natural Path of their decision to cancel/return the order by email: thenaturalpathstore@hotmail.com

Goods must be returned to The Natural Path in the same condition that they were sent at the Buyer’s expense (unless found to be damaged or faulty) within 14 days.

The Buyer will be responsible for any Goods that have been damaged in transit when being returned so must ensure that the Goods are well packaged to avoid this.

Only when Goods are faulty/damaged and returned to us are we able to either offer a full refund or send a replacement product.

If a fault is found with the Goods that is the responsibility of The Natural Path then please contact The Natural Path and we will arrange return details with you, via 2nd class recorded postage, and the Goods will be replaced at cost to The Natural Path or a full refund will be offered for generic items. Bespoke items are not eligible for a refund but a replacement product will be sent to replace any damaged items that are found to be at fault of The Natural Path.

Any refunds can only be made back to the same payment method that has been used to purchase the Goods. We are unable to refund money into another name or account.

We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on bespoke/personalised items and handmade items. Orders for bespoke and handmade items are not covered under the distance selling regulations so therefore do not have a cooling off period once payment has been made.

Any product sold is made to a high quality however respectful handling of items will determine their shelf life. Care should be taken with all items when handling. Returns are not accepted after 14 days of delivery.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

The Natural Path makes weekly dispatch dates, and uses a drop shipping company who are subject to their own shipping time scales. Please allow no longer than 14 days for completion of orders (excluding the delivery process) unless other wise discussed with the Buyer. Please allow adequate timing and longer timing during busy periods and the holidays.

All items are sent via Royal Mail (uk) Second Class Recorded Delivery or through a drop shipping company who uses private courier companies. The Natural Path is not responsible for missed deliveries or any delays caused by missed deliveries. The Buyer is responsible for collection of missed deliveries from their local post office or rearranging another delivery from them.

During the ordering process the Buyer will be notified of their dispatch date by The Natural Path (can be a few days or longer depending on the nature of their order I.E. Bespoke and handmade) as well as the length of delivery and expected delivery date. Please allow timing for items to be delivered to you.

If items have not been received after 15 days the Buyer must notify The Natural Path immediately via email: thenaturalpathstore@hotmail.com an item has to be missing for up to 15 days or longer (depending on Royal Mail policies or any courier service policies) to be deemed lost. A claim will then need to be put in which can take between a few days to weeks. The Buyer will be notified of this process by The Natural Path.
